At the School of Arts + Enterprise, our commitment to academic excellence runs deep. Founded on the principles of Project Based Learning (PBL), The SAE’s classrooms are infused with collaborative learning projects and student-centered programs. With only 700 students across seven grades, we offer small class sizes and unique, inclusive, and hands-on learning environments so every student can thrive.
Our unique curriculum encourages students to explore artistic interests and find their passions – starting in 6th grade. High school students choose from 7 majors and 5 dual majors, which include portfolio reviews, performances, critiques, and exhibitions. Enterprise classes build business skills so students graduate prepared to succeed in whatever interests they choose to pursue. College in your future? The SAE has many College Preparatory offerings, including AP and Honors courses. Dual-Enrollment courses are offered in collaboration with Citrus College, giving students an opportunity to take college courses and earn college credit right here on our campus.
At The SAE, each student experience is grounded in the unparalleled quality of our teaching staff. We are known for our talented, diverse, and highly qualified academic and artistic faculty, all of whom hold valid teaching credentials in their respective fields. We also partner with industry professionals to offer mentorships, networking opportunities, TED Talks and review panels to enrich every student experience.
The results speak for themselves. Our graduates are accepted into leading arts conservatory programs across the country, and The SAE is recognized nationally as a leader in arts education, with academics that outperform many traditional-model middle and high schools.
The School of Arts + Enterprise is a proud recipient of: Arts Schools Network Exemplary School | A California Exemplary Arts Education Program | US News and World Report Rankings Best High Schools | Art Schools Network Outstanding Alumni and Outstanding Community Partnership | Accreditation by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC)
