The School of Arts and Enterprise (The SAE) is different from other public middle and high schools in so many ways. We’re tuition and audition-free for all students grades 6-12. Each department at The SAE features state of the art facilities to help you develop as an artist.
🎨 Interested in visual arts? We have two professional level gallery spaces on campus that feature a rotating schedule of student artwork, and light-filled studios for ceramics, drawing and painting.
📷 Love creative arts? We offer graphic design and photography training in studios stocked with current industry technologies and equipment.
🩰 Are you a dancer? Our inspiring and airy dance studios are the perfect place to soar high with technique and choreography.
🎤 Want to sing? Come check out our world-class recording studio, featuring the latest recording technology to help you shine.
🎭 Ready for the stage? All performing arts majors have regular access to the SAE’s renowned theater space, through concerts, musicals, plays, and of course our standing room only graduation ceremony.

Our three campuses (Middle School, High School, Arts & Enterprise) are located in the downtown Pomona Arts Colony, surrounded by a thriving professional arts community. If you haven’t visited Pomona, it’s an incredible neighborhood filled with working artists, venues and art-friendly businesses. A great source of inspiration for students at The SAE!

You don’t have to be local to attend The SAE. In fact, a lot of our students travel from all over Southern California to attend our school. 60% of students at The SAE are local Pomona residents and 40% of students commute from over 35 different cities!
